A premier intellectual property litigation team is seeking an attorney with 2-5 years of patent litigation experience to work on complex engineering and technology-related disputes. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background who are comfortable handling courtroom advocacy, depositions, and direct client interactions.

  Position Responsibilities: Represent clients in patent litigation matters before U.S. District Courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Conduct case analyses, legal research, and draft pleadings Handle fact and expert discovery, including depositions and strategic trial preparation Research and draft motions, claim construction briefs, and trial-related filings Work directly with clients and opposing counsel to develop litigation strategies Engage in pre-trial and trial activities in high-stakes cases   Qualifications: 2-5 years of patent litigation experience in engineering or technology-related cases Undergraduate or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or physics preferred Prior experience within the Intellectual Property department of a comparable law firm Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills ITC experience is a plus Exceptional academic credentials from a recognized law school   Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary ($235,000 - $365,000) based on experience and location Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Generous paid time off, parental leave, and professional development opportunities
