Individuals will be expected to perform activities relating to analysis, evaluation, determination and presentation. + Co-Ops will work on specific projects, designed to help them gain real-world, hands-on experience working independently under an assigned supervisor and technical mentor. Co-Op projects include, but are not limited to: + Support for Protective Relay & Transformer projects / Electrical projects + Rotating Equipment / Turbines / Pumps / Valves + Steam / Water Piping Systems + Corrosion / Chemistry / Materials Evaluation + Failure Analysis / Metallurgy / Welding + Currently enrolled in Bachelor for Engineering in any of the following majors: + Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Material Science, Physics, Aerospace + Minimum GPA: 2.8 Cumulative AND 3.0 Major + A track record of outstanding academic performance. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment + Ability to work creativity and analytically in a problem-solving environment. + Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills **Constellation will not be providing visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
