Our team defines the strategic direction of the SCSD org and leads projects to achieve our vision of significant growth. Our goal is to grow Factory Config services business by supporting the expansion of factory capabilities and services into new markets through all routes to market. Automation and connecting siloed systems (integrations) is key to this success, by reducing the number of “touches” needed by a human to complete the tasks.
We need skilled engineering program managers with process improvement experience, to bring this vision to life.
What you’ll do as an Engineering Program Manager
Solve problems!
Lead technical programs involving multiple functions and worldwide project teams to expand our factory capabilities footprint to serve global customers with a standardized global design.
Be the SC focal point for New Service Introduction (NSI)
Design/Develop/Improve new or existing Supply Chain Services Processes
Enhance the customer experience through state of the art, intuitive tools.
Enhance employees productivity and reduce manual work (e.g. data entry) through automation of processes and connecting siloed systems/data/processes.
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, scope, timeline, etc
Execute on strategy to deliver new SC processes/capabilities
People change management for successful adoption of new or changed processes
Effective communication to sponsors and stakeholders on status
Keep program aligned with other strategic initiatives
The ideal candidate:
PMI PMP certified, LSS Green Belt certified
Strong desire to understand and improve processes
Demonstrated experience with PLM, PDM, BOMs and SAP
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and UAT
Working knowledge of SAP materials management and Factory processes (e.g. service orders, material master, BOMs, SKU/CTO, EDI signals, cost, document management)
Skilled in people Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR
Hands on experience working with the following Microsoft software:
Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
SharePoint workflows, InfoPath
Dynamics 365
Financial acumen (P&L, revenue, cost, gross margin) and ability to creates data-driven strategies
Excellent communicator for creating visual, succinct PowerPoint presentations to executive audiences
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required. Preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain.
Typically 4+ years of experience in various supply chain functions; understanding of E2E supply chain
PMP and LSS Green Belt certifications preferred
3+ years of medium scale/cross-functional project management experience
Experience working in SAP with PLM, PDM, and BOMs is highly desired
Experience with analytics and visualization (Power BI) is preferred

In-depth knowledge of E2E Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.
Self-starter with strong time management skills and adaptability
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; logical solution provider.
Extensive knowledge of and ability to manage complex modelling and financial analysis.
Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language.
Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.
Mentoring and coaching skills
Proficient with Microsoft suite of tools with intermediate to advance Excel skills

The base pay range for this role is $118.050 to $181.800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
