#WeAreCisco, where everyone is unique, but we come together as a team to make a difference and create an inclusive future for all. We embrace digital technology and assist our customers in implementing change in their digital businesses. Some may perceive us as "old" (36 years strong) and focused solely on hardware, but we are also a software and security company. We have even developed an intuitive network that adapts, predicts, learns, and protects. No other company can match what we do - we cannot be confined to a single category! However, "Digital Transformation" is just an empty buzz phrase without a culture that fosters innovation, creativity, and yes, even learning from failure.
On a daily basis, we believe in give and take. We give our best, set aside our egos, and give back to others (as giving back is part of our DNA.) We take responsibility for our actions, take bold steps, and value diversity. Because without a diverse range of perspectives, we cannot truly thrive.
There are so many amazing reasons to join Cisco. Learn more here!
