Job Description

AECOM is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to assist with the AECOM Fueling Program with project execution.  The position will be based in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

Project Support – Support development of client progress reports, develop and maintain project schedules, setup project Team sites, manage project sharepoint presentations, setup and maintain project folders, manage access to secure servers and secure emails accounts, maintain project progress meeting agendas and action items, develop and issue client meeting minutesQuality Control Support – Assist project managers with development, distribution, completion, and filing of quality control documentationConstruction Administration Support - Receive, track, distribute, coordinate responses, and return submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs on Construction Administration ProjectsUFGS and Master Spec Support – Manage specification workbook development.  Edit specifications in Intact and Masterspec.  Run, distribute, and manage resolution of specification quality reports including bracket report, section report, and reference reportClient Review Comment Management – Manage client comments on platforms like Projnet.  Compile comments and issue them to designers for resolution.  Manage responses to client comments from designersTechnical Practice Network Management – Develop and maintain the AECOM Fueling Program Technical Practice Network.  Duties will include management of website layout, posting project and capabilities writeups, posting resumes, and responding to questions and information requests posted on the site Proposal Support – Track receipt and due dates of Request for Proposals (RFP).  Support development of proposals including management of fee spreadsheets on IDIQ contracts, development of basis of proposal, and development and documentation of Other Direct Costs (ODC).Marketing Support – Track receipt and due dates of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ).  Coordinate the development of completed project writeups.  Maintain developed content from past proposals.  Assist in development of contract specific SF330 resumes, project writeups, and Section H writeupsSubmittal Support – Manage formatting of Basis of Design, manage and assemble Basis of Design appendices, assemble and bookmark drawing packages, develop specification books, and manage stamping and sealing of final deliverables  Project Team Management Support – Coordinate and track project design and management team rosters.  Industry Conference Support – Track conference schedules.  Coordinate marketing material shipments to conferences.  Coordinate lodging and booth spaces.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

BA/BS + 2 years of more of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationExperience working specs Intact softwareDue to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with aviation or fueling system projects
