Technical Project Coordinator Lead

The Technical Project Coordinator Lead ensures smooth operations and project success within the Asset Management division at Bureau Veritas. They handle staff training, resource management, and process improvements to align projects with client deadlines while maintaining cost efficiency. This role involves collaboration with various teams (Operations, Technology, Sales) to optimize workflows, enhance scheduling, and integrate staff training programs. They also monitor project progress, develop tools for better resource planning, and assist with client satisfaction, all while ensuring clear communication and support across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
· Lead operational processes: Own the assessment of employee skills and project requirements to align with client needs and deadlines.
· Collaborate across departments: Partner with Operations, Technology, and Sales to optimize project start dates and resource availability.
· Drive process improvements: Streamline workflows across Asset Management, Transactional, and Project Management divisions, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
· Support training and development: Oversee onboarding, cross-training, and staff development to build a flexible, highly-skilled team.
· Optimize project resourcing: Implement tools and dashboards that enhance resource scheduling and capacity management.
· Monitor performance: Ensure timely delivery of project reports, client satisfaction, and high-quality output through continuous feedback loops.

What you Need for the Role:
Education and/or Experience:
· B.S. or B.A. degree in related field.
· Minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
· In lieu of degree, six years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing roles.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
· A valid driver's license is required with no significant MVA points/violations.

Here's a breakdown of what we provide:
Salary range: $35 - $50/hour
Annual Incentive Bonus Plan Base Pay is adjusted based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
