Your Team, Your Impact

We at NSX building NextGen cloud datacenter silicon systems which will be used in open source network operating system (NOS) based on Linux based solutions, i.e. SAI/SONiC. NSX PMO group manages all Switch activities - HW and SW.

What You Can Expect

Build, manage and oversee the day-to-day for Sonic and SAI project activities – from design to launch.Define the project roadmap and software content with Marketing and Architecture teams for tier-1 customers and build details execution plans with R&D teams.Provide updates to stockholders, identify risk, resolve cross-functional issues, define mitigation plans, track the progress till successfully solution – and ensuring transparency and accountability.Drive changes and technical discussions, look for areas of improvements and implement the changes cross teams.Evaluate, track, and prioritize new requests and collaborate with tier-1 customers till successfully delivery.Define, manage, and track dashboards and online reports using Jira/PowerBI.Allocate tasks and responsibilities across projects and team, optimize efforts and resources to achieve project and company objectives.Full program responsibility at all stages: definition, planning, development, validation and delivery to customers.Work at matrix organization in front of multiple cross-functional teams with 100’s engineers and drive all to execution and success.Work closely with marketing, architecture and the main tier-1 customers to identify the needs and define the SW roadmap and release plan.Work closely with customer support group to define the existing customers requirements and plan accordingly.Work closely with multiple development and validation teams to plan, execute, track, identify the risks and mitigate them, and drive all for best products delivery.Ensures problems are effectively escalated and crisis management activated, as needed.Monitors and controls the overall project performance (timeline, budget, and resource utilization) against plan and looks to the project team to implement adjustments when issues are identified and require resolution.Drives the work for complex and large project teams by recommending or requesting resources to support project demands, communicates a clear vision of business project goals and objectives, and provides functional expertise input for deliverables worked on by the team.Manage the programs from all aspects – content definition, ROI, progress tracking, risks identification and mitigation, resources allocation and sub-contractors handling.Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department and within other business units as well.Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives.

Marvell support broad Switching Portfolio targeting mainly Data Centers and Enterprise applications.Marvell Switching is cutting edge technology team, delivering some of the most complex products in the networking industry.Marvell provide enhanced SW solutions to the switch products, varying from embedded SW drivers thru abstraction layers up to full SW turn-key products.We are looking for a person that will join our team and be directly responsible for flawless delivery of Switch products to Marvell customers.We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage and coordinate SW programs and release integration activities. The program manager will own the program from definition to release, driving and coordinating between marketing, architecture, program execution teams & customer support group.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field; MSc/MA degree preferred5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)Experience in SONiC and SAI (Switch Abstraction Layer) technologies – A plus.Experience in cross-geographic programs.Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skillsExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent risks identification, analysis and problem-solving abilities.Experience in SW complex activities management, Agile JIRA methodology and Release Management.
