Position Summary
 Work as Engineering Project Manager to lead & coordinate engineering activities of assigned projects for Dual Clutch Module, P2 Module, and clutch applications in diverse hybrid transmissions incl. HEV and PHEV of Commercial & Passenger Vehicles, ensuring the product development will meet the technology, budget, and timing targets during the complete development phases.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Lead & coordinate engineering activities of assigned projects for Dual Clutch Module, P2 Module, and clutch applications in diverse hybrid transmissions incl. HEV and PHEV of Commercial & Passenger VehiclesEnsure the product development will meet the technology, budget, and timing targets during the complete development phases.Communication with customers and internally with global technical centers, plants, and suppliers.Customer Requirements elicitation, review & align SOR with customers.Sign Off engineering release for customers incl. all technical documents – RASIC, Assembly drawings, DVP&R, technical reports, product change requests, part approval requests, …etc.Work as customer interface incl. preparation of presentations and present materials of engineering related items to customersLead for customer troubleshooting, incl. 8D report to customer, failure investigation initiatives (technical analysis, test programs, …etc.)Support cost reduction activitiesSupport product improvement initiativesSupport production facilities and ensure that product meets production requirementsSupport initiatives to obtaining new business / customers

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Master would be a plusMin. 3 years experience in development of products in automotive industry,

preferably in the field of drivetrain products

Development and application of E-Motor, Sensors and/or Power Electronics products would be a plusExperience in working with international teamsSelf-assurance, good leadership, and communications skillsAbility to work well in at team and experience with project managementLanguage skills: Chinese, English
