Job Title: Engineering Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise projects. In this role, you will develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate timelines, and establish strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans including roles and responsibilities, project milestones, scope, and success metrics.Coordinate project timelines and schedules.Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including executive leadership.Engage all related departments regarding requirements, tasks, completion dates, and work in process.Utilize stage-gating product development process to manage project requirements, timelines, and meet technical and financial objectives.Contribute to product development planning initiatives required to support product portfolio strategy.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading and managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.PMP Certification preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsOperational and/or manufacturing project experience is a plus.Work Environment

The role offers a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. The site in Charlotte is part of a division focused on work vehicle solutions, providing a dynamic and collaborative environment with about 30 people on site, including 15 engineers. The role involves interaction with a manufacturing facility in Mexico and production for Weather Guard in Crystal Lake, IL. This position offers exposure to high-visibility projects typically valued at $1-2 million, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
