Engineering Project Manager
Job Title: Engineering Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle of enterprise projects. In this role, you will develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate timelines, and establish strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Responsibilities + Develop comprehensive project plans including roles and responsibilities, project milestones, scope, and success metrics. + Coordinate project timelines and schedules. + Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including executive leadership. + Engage all related departments regarding requirements, tasks, completion dates, and work in process. + Utilize stage-gating product development process to manage project requirements, timelines, and meet technical and financial objectives. + Contribute to product development planning initiatives required to support product portfolio strategy. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent. + Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading and managing large-scale, cross-functional projects. + Consumer / industrial products experience required + PMP Certification preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Operational and/or manufacturing project experience is a plus. Work Environment The role offers a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. The site in Charlotte is part of a division focused on work vehicle solutions, providing a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position offers exposure to high-visibility projects typically valued at $1-2 million, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
