Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead and oversee their engineering operations for multiple construction projects, including piers, berths, pilings, car wash facilities, and more. This position is responsible for managing projects from the design phase through completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Responsibilities: * Engineering Project Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across all engineering functions * Oversee the planning, design, and execution of complex construction projects such as marine structures (piers, berths, pilings) and industrial facilities (e.g., car wash facilities) * Manage and allocate engineering resources across multiple active projects to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints * Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards * Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies * Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and best practices * As a Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the hiring, mentoring, and professional development of the Engineering team * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and project success * Contribute to the company's long-term planning and capital improvement strategy
