Responsibilities + Oversee the review, design, and approval process for orders. + Manage a team of approximately 8 technicians. + Ensure compliance with engineering and design standards. + Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth project execution. + Utilize AutoCAD and other design tools to create and review blueprints and shop drawings. + Maintain and update project documentation. Essential Skills + Proficiency in AutoCAD. + Strong understanding of construction practices, drafting principles, and CAD tools. + Excellent communication skills (oral and written). + Experience in manufacturing or construction. + Experience in project management and engineering management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate's degree in Architectural Drafting and Design or a Bachelor’s in Architecture preferred. Equivalent experience considered. + Knowledge of Visual ERP or similar systems is advantageous. + Certifications in CAD or related fields are a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $41.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
