The Programs, Strategy, and Operations team within Partner Solutions & Technology is seeking a highly skilled EPM to lead Channel Sales programs of varying scale and complexity. You should possess a blend of technical expertise to drive successful project outcomes. **Description** We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Engineering Project Manager to be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of new Apple web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail on par with Apple’s high standards, coupled with a deep technical understanding of building scalable, transactional web applications, and the ability to translate business process needs to functional and technical requirements. The candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, and be a proactive solution-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. Finally, outstanding project management skills, attention to detail, and a consistent track record of influencing and collaborating across the organization are key qualities required to excel in this role. **Minimum Qualifications** + At least 2 years of project management experience in successfully completing/delivering projects using an Agile methodology + Successful track record in handling large-scale, high-profile projects and meeting deadlines + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Excellent written & verbal communication skills, along with polished presentation skills + Proven success in leading sophisticated, cross-functional projects in a fast paced environment + Proficient in conveying complex information clearly and optimally to various collaborators + Technical Proficiency: Understanding of engineering principles and technology development processes to effectively lead technical aspects of project + Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum) + Passion for quality and attention to detail. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $205,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
