Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Development Process Engineer to lead and optimize the development of our AWD and eTMS products. In this critical role, you will be the linchpin in ensuring that all development activities adhere rigorously to BW EDF and ASPICE standards.
Your responsibilities span comprehensive management of the product development pipeline. This entails meticulously mapping out, implementing, and refining processes to drive efficiency and quality. You will collaborate cross-functionally, bridging the gaps between R&D, design, testing, and production teams to ensure seamless progress.
In addition to process management, you will take on key aspects of engineering project management. This includes defining project scopes, schedules, and resource allocation, while closely monitoring milestones and mitigating risks. You'll also be accountable for generating regular progress reports and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Overall, your expertise will be instrumental in delivering innovative and reliable AWD and eTMS products on time and within budget.
Key Accountabilities
Lead and conduct the engineering activities associated with the product development process for AWD/eTMS system. This includes:
+ Ensure AWD and eTMS product development strictly complies with BW EDF and ASPICE.
+ Design, implement and continuously improve development processes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless information flow.
+ Define clear project scopes for engineering projects.
+ Develop and manage detailed project schedules.
+ Allocate appropriate resources to meet project demands.
+ Monitor project milestones and take corrective actions if needed.
+ Identify and mitigate risks throughout the development cycle.
+ Generate regular and comprehensive progress reports.
+ Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required (Vehicle Engineering preferred)
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience (required)
+ Minimum 5 years of experience with automotive industry (required)
+ ASPICE program experience (required)
+ Knowledge of mechanical and software (preferred)
+ Technical project management experience (preferred)
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Clear mind with patience
+ Frequency oral English
