Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading key client projects. The Project Manager will guarantee the successful coordination, sourcing, and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope having a role of coordination among the internal departments and customer, guaranteeing the business growth and customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support, expertise, collaboration, and development. Conduct business opportunity evaluations (e.g., PRO, etc.) to assess potential growth and partnerships. Monitor OEM projects and business performance, including Business Unit (BU) management and AA list updates. Define and manage project teams, ensuring effective coordination and alignment across functions. Oversee Quality APQP processes and coordinate the resolution of quality claims. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and alignment with financial targets. Manage ITT Project Management (PM) processes and procedures (e.g., PR1, PR2). Provide ongoing customer follow-up throughout the product lifecycle (DVP, LOP). Maintain and organize project data archives and storage systems. Create and manage project milestone plans, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution. Manage customer requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards. Oversee product management, ensuring seamless integration of customer requirements into design and development. Coordinate and manage testing activities, ensuring all required tests are completed in accordance with specifications. Analyze customer “Book of Requirements” to ensure full understanding and compliance. Perform light risk analysis and mitigation planning as part of project execution. Analyze and manage customer DVP requirements, ensuring alignment with project milestones and expectations. Coordinate feasibility studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess technical and operational viability. Define ITT Quality and R&D product specifications, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry standards. Manage test parameters, ensuring accurate and comprehensive testing of products. Analyze and manage customer test specifications and procedures, ensuring compliance with project standards. Submit and manage vehicle test requests, ensuring all required tests are conducted according to project requirements. Analyze vehicle test results, working with relevant teams to interpret and act on findings. Support Dyno NVH testing and analysis in collaboration with the NVH department. Manage test components, such as rotors and calipers, ensuring availability and readiness for testing. Coordinate the submission of dyno, NVH, FTM, and other physical test requests as needed. Lead and facilitate Kick-off meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Update and track industrialization timelines for PV (Pre-Production Validation) processes. Monitor tooling lead times (e.g., press die, backplate, shim) to ensure timely availability. Place preliminary production orders and manage process batches to ensure smooth transition to production. Collaborate with operational stakeholders to follow up on industrialization progress and address any challenges. Track and manage required documentation in collaboration with the Quality department (e.g., MPCR, IMDS). Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline 5+ years of experience in Project Management Travel periodically, up to 10% Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Fluency in French, both written and spoken Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. Strong teamwork orientation and collaboration skills. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills Exceptional analytical abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and a proactive approach to challenges.
