You will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate activities with global technical teams to develop wireless infrastructure products and software applications that industrial customers use around the world.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Effectively coordinate team activities and provide leadership to the project team.Be responsible for delivering on the overall scope, objectives, schedule, and budget of the project and ensuring that customer and company quality requirements are satisfied.Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks and work with the team to create mitigation strategiesEnsure team performance by leading, mentoring, training, motivating, and celebrating.Provide timely communication to stakeholders that include project updates and gate review presentationsParticipate in process improvement teams

For This Role, You Will Need:
BS Engineering or related technical discipline
Minimum 6-8 years related experience
Willingness to occasionally meet with global team members on off hours
Legal authorization to work in the United States

PMI certificationExperience with Microsoft Project and Azure Dev OpsExperience leading engineering project teams that developed new productsEngineering experience designing new productsExperience using Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)Knowledge and use of NPD phase gate processExperience working with international teamsDemonstrated use of Microsoft Applications (Word, PP, Excel)Excellent facilitation and persuasion skillsExcellent presentation skills.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85,000-$120,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
