Job Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing technical team by building relationships, deploying PM tools and experience, and through personal exampleDevelop the team members, processes, and environment to achieve desired resultsEmbrace a Kaizen (continuous improvement) approach to both programs and the organizationEmbrace and implement the Lumentum Product Development ProcessCreate executable development plans/schedules based on team inputs;  proactively address risks, resource gaps, and emergent issues to keep programs on track despite inevitable problemsDevelop and track project budgets and resources in cooperation with the larger teamMonitor and adjust resource deployment as necessary with the functional team managersCommunicate program status to technical stakeholders, Lumentum senior management, and customers
