It’s rewarding work, with an inspiring team, where every contribution matters. **About the role:** Our Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division currently has an opening for an Engineering Project Team Leader position located in the Corinth, Mississippi or Mossville, Illinois facilities. This position focuses on New Product Introduction (NPI) project leadership for several key remanufactured component families, including cylinder heads, water pumps, oil pumps, and oil coolers. **Job responsibilities will Include but are not limited to:** + Lead engine component New Product Introduction (NPI) programs to introduce new Cat Reman service offerings to the market + Collaborate with marketing, product, manufacturing, and business resource teams to identify, prioritize, and execute project deliverables + Address challenges and solve problems to maintain project velocity and ensure customer satisfaction **Skill Descriptors:** + Products and Services: Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups;
