**About the role:**
Our Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division currently has an opening for an Engineering Project Team Leader position located in the Corinth, Mississippi or Mossville, Illinois facilities. This position focuses on New Product Introduction (NPI) project leadership for several key remanufactured component families, including cylinder heads, water pumps, oil pumps, and oil coolers.
**Job responsibilities will Include but are not limited to:**
+ Lead engine component New Product Introduction (NPI) programs to introduce new Cat Reman service offerings to the market
+ Collaborate with marketing, product, manufacturing, and business resource teams to identify, prioritize, and execute project deliverables
+ Address challenges and solve problems to maintain project velocity and ensure customer satisfaction

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.
**The Ideal Candidate Will Have:**
+ Demonstrated leadership of complex projects utilizing business acumen
+ Working knowledge of engines or engine components
+ Ability to effectively communicate technical information to a variety of audiences
+ Demonstrated collaboration and problem solving capability within a cross functional team
+ Experience with Remanufacturing and/or NPI program management
**Additional Information:**
+ Relocation assistance IS available for this role.
+ The primary location for this role is Corinth, Mississippi, but can also be located in Mossville, Illinois.
+ Up to 10% travel will be required if located in Corinth and up to 20% if located in Mossville.

**Summary Pay Range:**
$126,000.00 - $189,000.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
