We are looking for a talented and motivated Engineering Senior Manager with leadership experience to join our Body Exteriors team. This department is responsible for the design and release of exterior front end components for upcoming Green House Gas (GNG), Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS Levels 2-4) and Next Generation programs. These systems including hoods, grilles, splash protection, etc. 

Responsibilities Responsible for a team of approximately 8 engineers.Exercise full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, and other personnel actions.Help create career development plans for direct reports.This individual receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals across multiple programs.Work is primarily accomplished through setting direction, deploying resources and managing others.Regularly interacts with senior management.Assist in the development of team’s technology roadmap and strategy Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer ScienceAt least 12 years of experience in product design/development or new technologies and/or computer science experienceAt least 2 years of experience leading new technologies or specialized technologies

OR

Master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer ScienceAt least 8 years of experience in product design/development or new technologies and/or computer science experienceAt least 2 years of experience leading new technologies or specialized technologies

OR

PhD in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer ScienceAt least 5 years of experience in product design/development or new technologies or specialized technologies and/or computer science experienceAt least 2 years of experience leading new technologies or specialized technologies Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
