What you'll do...
Coordinate resources to find root cause and fixes, manage and breakdown problems into items that can be validated. Determine proper validation methodsHandle setup and maintenance of industrial bar code printersUtilize sound knowledge design and implement vision control systems. Familiar with different type of vision cameras and their programing software. Continuously evaluate equipment for improvement for quality and deliveryUse FIS plant monitoring software to review cycle times of equipment, review and follow up project installationsReprogram equipment for engineering changes and improvementsUpdate program backups for machinery and automationProgram new installations of automation, machinery, material handling, and robotsAs part of a team, review risk assessments and evaluate equipment safetyAssist in training manufacturing personnel and plant electriciansRead and modify electrical prints and schematics, Auto CADMaintain familiarity with OA, CPN/MPN networks and communication protocols for connecting to wireless and wired networksManage installation and maintenance of virus protection software for controls network PCs, perform PC backup disc images and installation of communication and firmware and controls softwareWork overtime and weekends as needed
