Based in our Boulder, Colorado location you will provide professional technical support for operators, and engineers, working in such areas as sensor calibration, design, development, testing, and manufacturing process improvement.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Receives objectives and technical advice from a manager, engineers. Support daily production regarding calibration process. Assists in gathering data from multiple sources to evaluate problems, determining trends, and diagnosing production needs. Assists in the implementation of new calibration systems, processes, products, or equipment. Perform calibration operators OJT certification. Write and update calibration and sensor diagnostic PMAPS (Work instructions documents). Assists, supports, and participates in development projects as required, gathering calibration data to meet technical requirements, conducts tests or experiments, evaluation of records and data. May be required to present a written or oral report on the evaluation results. Recognize and participate in improvement activities to address issues of safety, quality, and efficiency. Provide recommendations for ineffective procedures, designs or specifications. May work with, train, and coordinate the activities of lesser skilled personnel. Work with EHS personnel to address hazards and implement solutions. Collaborate with other groups (Production, Quality, Engineering) to solve production problems. Support maintenance personnel with equipment diagnosis, repairs, and moves. You try different solutions for problems and learn from the results.For This Role, You Will Need: Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience Four (4) + years of experience in troubleshooting electrical or mechanical equipment Ability to understand a variety of engineering principles Ability to troubleshoot calibration systems Electrical mechanical systems experience Ability to use precision measuring devices
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $76,000 - $87,500 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
