About Lakewood Regional Support

Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.

Plumber

Perform skilled and semi-skilled plumbing work in the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.Obtains needed supplies and equipment to complete assigned tasks.Communicates with staff in accordance with established policy.Inspect boilers and plumbing systems in facilities.Directs and performs a variety of repairs or replacement functions related to plumbing, minor electrical work related to water heaters, wiring or pumps and motors, etc.Repairs and replaces broken water and sewer lines.Clear sewer and drain lines, commodes. etc.Maintains, trouble-shoots and repairs boiler systems.Performs maintenance and installation functions associated with all water system equipment.Measures, cuts, threads, and assists in the installation of pipes and tubing.Repairs and replaces circulating pumps.Maintains equipment and supplies.Repairs and replaces valves and other plumbing components.Transports equipment to job sites as needed.Maintains well and wastewater systems as needed.Provides assistance to other crews as needed.Responds to offer hours emergencies as requested.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.Follows established procedures.
