What you'll do...
Reports to Chemical & Metallurgical Laboratories (Chem & Met Lab) Able to work off shifts. Responsible for Monitoring effectiveness of dunnage wash process and washer utilization. Establish washing procedure and processes for production dunnage cleaning Work with production on the dunnage wash schedule. Provide report for actual Vs Plan to be reviewed for continuous improvement. Report effectiveness of Dunnage wash process in daily quality meetings Schedule and organize department Contamination walks. Responsible for monitoring the closure to open issues. Work with Chem/Met lab to identify top supplier for contamination. Organize site visits and CI meetings with suppliers. Work with suppliers to close open issues. Update and post monthly Contamination Health Charts Work with QRE’s to develop and implement contamination action plans. Monitor Washer PM for effectiveness. Monitor Vacuum PM for effectiveness. Work with lab on potential sources of contamination from review of vacuum / washers particulate Be able to use SEM and other test equipment to identify type and size of contamination samples and comparing to Contamination Library samples. Work with labs on determining root cause or source of contaminants from Warranty, FQA, Work with PD on contamination Specifications Ability to coach as necessary both salary and hourly.
