An Engineering Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while performing daily checks, repairing equipment, assisting with managing the team, administrative tasks, and coordinating renovation projects.

What will I be doing?

\n

As an Engineering Supervisor, you are responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel, daily maintenance checks, managing the team while repairing mechanical equipment to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Engineering Supervisor will also be required to coordinate renovation projects and develop emergency programs. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nResponsible for assisting Chief Engineering with maintenance issues within the hotel\nPerform daily checks around the hotel\nAssist Chief Engineer with diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment within the hotel\nEnsure good relationships are built with internal and external customers\nMaintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition and take action when any unsafe situations arise\nAssist with the development, implementation, and direct all emergency programs\nAssist with the development, implementation and managing of energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses\nWith the Chief Engineer, oversee the general contractor and subcontractors to ensure quality work is performed cost effectively\nPerform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned\nCreate and administer team member schedules and payroll activities\nConduct team member training as needed\nPerform Engineering administrative tasks, including but not limited to ordering, creating PO’s, balancing ordering and budgets, etc.\nResponsible for the health and safety of the hotel\nEnsure monthly safety inspections take place and employees are trained accordingly\n
