Engineering Supervisor - Residences

Manage maintenance in our facilities. Responsible for hiring and training staff and ensuring that maintenance or repair operations run smoothly. Ensure that the facilities are in good condition and safe at all times.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect facilities to determine issues and necessary maintenance.

 • Prepare weekly maintenance programs and assign work.

 • Recruit, supervise, and train maintenance technicians.

• Hire and oversee professionals for facilities, repairs, or maintenance tasks (electricians, plumbers, etc.).

 • Inspect and maintain the services in the residential area.

 • Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure compliance.

 • Supervise the inventory of materials and equipment.

 • Participate in the coordination of projects.

 • Ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
