Additional Responsibilities:
+ Develops, updates, and administers department databases, wikis, websites, systems, security status, and technical libraries.
+ Assists with the migration from one technology platform to another.
+ Participates in the engineering application certification process.
+ Monitors and audits function-related activities.
+ Aligns engineering department training and communication processes.
+ Defines and maintains workstations used specifically for the technologies administered.
+ Provides engineering support and administration expertise for databases, technologies, websites, and technical libraries.
+ Troubleshoots engineering system functionality and interfaces.
+ Participates in the development of technologies, websites, wikis, or databases.
+ Ensures installation, set-up, and technical support for new and existing systems.
+ Provides global support for data maintenance and manages global data and supports systems.
+ Coordinates related financial activities such as tracking charges and chargebacks.
+ Interfaces with financial systems; analyzes, compares, and reports related financial data.
+ Initiates, develops, and leads improvement processes.
+ Actively participates in self- and team audits and resulting process improvements.
+ Develops and conducts training programs.
+ Understands the structure of the organization and maintains a strong network across departments.
+ Draws on the network to answer questions, solve problems, and successfully execute responsibilities.
+ Performs other duties as required.

+ **Engineering Software Certification** : Certifies Engineering Software according to instruction or need to enable Engineering users' efficiency.
+ **Engineering Software/Hardware Evaluation** : Evaluates Engineering Software/Hardware according to engineering users' needs to provide CBSIT with guidance for selecting the Engineering tools needed.

**Qualifications:**
+ **Education, Licenses, Certifications** :
+ High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience in an appropriate STEM field is required.
+ Regionally applicable certification or two-year Associates Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study may be required.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
