In this position... 

The role of Launch Manager Engineering is responsible for being the voice of the plant in gear manufacturing, aluminum machining and assembly process development for the FWD program. 

You'll have... 

Education:  High School Diploma or GED Experience: 5 years engineering experience Aluminum Machining, Gear Manufacturing and Assembly experience Powertrain engineering experience Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in One FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Strong problem solving skills Strong ability to interface with plant hourly, salaried personnel and plant management Strong ability to present in front of plant management Competent in the use of data for decision making Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to work effectively as part of a team Excellent leadership skills Need to work well under pressure and to be able to work under crisis management when necessary  Having the ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
