Job Overview
Management of the engineering shift activities at the CFC working closely with Client Operations and other support teams to optimise system availability and performance of the facility, and its MHE automation. Also provide hands on resolution to engineering fault conditions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Day to day supervision of shift Senior Technicians and Technicians including prioritisation and allocation of workload Working closely with inbound, outbound, and other support teams on a daily basis to ensure direction of labour, and planned engineering activities fully support operation. Be proactive in the development of team members, mentor, advise, lead and motivate team members, assess capability and identify and resolve training and skill requirements, be involved in disciplinary issues. Assessment of engineering team skills and assisting in up skilling and training of staff, including integration of first line maintenance of plant and equipment. Management and development of department processes; including shift handovers, briefs, and defect reporting/resolving Reporting and monitoring of system KPIs, data capture for automation and maintenance activities Ability to lead from the front, driving pace accuracy and standards. As part of this, be competent and experienced in technical engineering in own right, either mechanically or electrically, although must be familiar and competent with both streams of engineering to enable decision making. Setting objectives for team members utilising SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely) and ensuring these objectives are reviewed on a quarterly basis.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
10 years of minumum engineering/technician experience in automated factory/logistics centers with people managing experience Business English Skills Good technical ability relating to automation hardware and software, this may include, but is not limited to: Minimum experience equivalent to a technical college diploma Experience at a management or supervisory level Good organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise. Sound analytical skills with an eye for detail; good problem solving ability and a practical approach. Comprehensive understanding of production, picking and storage MHE systems, gained from experience in an automated environment.* The working environment is LOTTE BUSAN CFC1 (롯데 자동화 신선물류센터) and this includes the condition to work in chill/frozen environment. (근무조건은 냉장, 냉동물류센터에서 근무를 포함합니다)
It requires to work shift basis from April 2026 (expectation) and it will be day time base until then.
