In this role, you will:

Responsible and accountable for product vision and implementation.Work with product management and system architects to appropriately capture feature requests.Work with stakeholders to created and constantly re-prioritizes the Product Epic Backlog.Clarifies questions on requirements.Accepts or rejects each product increment.Decides whether to continue development.Understand industry best practice and engage with strategic partners to align capabilities and influence product roadmap.Design Build high quality APIs that are scalable and global at the coreBuild custom policies, frameworks/components, error handling, transaction tracingDesign security models and policies for consumers and producers of API and catalog assetsMentor the Scrum team for technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction.Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project supportResponsible to support production releases/support on need basis.Peer Review, CI/CD pipeline implementation and Service monitoring.ITSO for the application/s.Should have flexible in working hours, ready to work in shift and On call

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Person should have more than 12 years of experience in s/w design, development and implementation using Spring technologies with hands on experience on complete spring stack and API implementation on Cloud (GCP/AWS)Should have hands on experience on K8 (Kubernetes) / DOCKERS.Experience in leading teams.Experience in developing large-scale integration and API solutionsExperience in working with API Management, ARM, Exchange and Access Management modulesExperience in understanding and analyzing complex business requirements and carry out the system design accordingly.Good knowledge on building REST based APIs.Good knowledge on micro-services architecture with hands-on experience in implementing the same using Spring-boot.Good knowledge on security, scaling, performance tuning aspects of micro servicesGood understanding of SQL/NoSQL Databases.Good understanding of Messaging platform like Kafka, PubSub etc.Optional understanding of Cloud platforms.Fair understanding of DevOps conceptsExperience in creating custom policies and custom connectorsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.Software Development (programming languages, architecture, SDLC, etc.)Scrum and Agile development methodologiesUser stories (creation and management)Product DevelopmentProficiency with using applications and tools like Jira, ConfluencePrevious experience in working in large software implementations with many teams delivering code across multiple areasDemonstrable experience in rolling out large change across multiple business areas and dealing with business colleaguesExperience of working in a cross-functional Agile teamsExperience of working in an end-to-end software development lifecycleInterpersonal skills and lots of patienceGood to have - User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design
