Accountabilities:
Install, maintain, improve, and repair equipment, equipment services, and installations to set levels effectively in compliance with best practices ensuring production efficiency and HSE can meet customer requirements within a safe well- presented facility
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Capabilities:
Hands-on experience in Troubleshooting Machines' Electrical/Electronics problems/breakdowns.Hands on Experience on AC/DC motors, Contactors, Relays Logic, Breakers, Transformers, pneumatic/ Hydraulics systems, I.P, Actuators, Safety Relay, EOCR, Sensors, IP Transducers, VFDs, Counters, Timers Hands experience in PLC, HMI, Servo Drive, stepper motor, encoder connections, and programming logic.Hands-on experience in Calibration & Repairing of Weighing Scales, Pressure, Level, and Flow Transmitters.Hands-on Experience with Temperature sensors & Temperature Controllers.Experienced in working on Unscrambling, Blowing, Filling, Capping, Labelling, Cartoning, Case packing Machines, Sachet Filling, FBD, and Mixers.Hand-on Experience with printers, OCR, track and trace systems, inspection systems, and Barcode readers.Knowledge of PM Plan Executions, OEE, and CMMS.
