Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to ensure the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment within our facility. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading equipment and product diagrams, troubleshooting machinery, and monitoring production processes while maintaining compliance with GMP standards.

The role involves working with teams of 4 supervisors and a team of technicians. The schedule includes four 12-hour shifts in a 2-3-2 pattern, alternating between day and night shifts every 5 weeks, with initial training on the day shift for the first few months.
