Job Description:

Individuals may be responsible for conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products.  Must be capable of using a variety of test equipment, logging information in technical databases and have a basic understanding of engineering schematics.  Basic troubleshooting skills are required.  This should include troubleshooting product, subassembly, and circuit board failures to component level.  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.

Essential Functions:

Troubleshooting a variety of RF and/or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products. Will be using a variety of test equipment and logging information in technical databases. Recognizing and reporting trends to area support staffOccasionally train Manufacturing technicians to perform and/or troubleshoot In-Circuit Test (ICT) Fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.   Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours).

Qualifications:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory; Associates degree (technical discipline) is preferredElectronics / RF or Digital In-Circuit Test (ICT) Troubleshooting Experience preferred.Experience with L3Harris RFCD products and assembly processes is preferredFamiliar with basic test equipment, i.e. Signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzersAbility to read and understand schematic diagramsMS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and OutlookRegularly demonstrates a positive attitudeStrong Customer focus

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $51,000 - $94,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
