Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking an Engineering Technician C to join our team.

Essential Functions:

Performs troubleshooting of complex digital and RF fixtures, including dismantling, adjusting, repairing, calibrating, aligning, assembling, and operating according to engineering drawings, schematics, and documentationFirst line of defense in resolving daily test issues impacting troubleshoot, environmental, or up flow test for manufacturing and operationsMonitors station utilization and downtime and reports out to the TE LeadAssists manufacturing technicians by answering questions and providing training on test systems and troubleshooting toolsCreate/Update station documentation items such as MTP’s, Station BOM’s, AMR’s, and TSW’sWorks in conjunction with PM coordinator and Calibration Monitor to maintain proper spare parts inventory for the FF test stationsTroubleshoot complex digital and RF test systemsResponds to operations support requests in the resolution of test issues impacting productionSupports individual contributor--Works under limited supervision

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

Understanding of manufacturing systems, production processes technical standards and equipment2 years of experience reading schematics and troubleshooting to component levelExperience using MS Word and ExcelExperience with LabViewExperience with internal and external customers

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont, Washington State and New York State is $51,000-$94,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
