Job Description
The primary goal of the engineering technician will be to not only find defects and nonconformities, but also to uncover their origin and develop creative solutions. The engineering technician is responsible for assisting in regulatory and quality assurance efforts.
ResponsibilitiesAssist management in implementing and improving the Quality Management System (QMS)Identify, investigate, and validate test methods and toolsMaintain the calibration system to ensure that any measurement devices are within specificationAssist as needed in day-to-day inspection activitiesOrganize and preserve all inspection logs and non-conformance recordsMaintain various quality logsEssential SkillsBachelor's degree OR 4+ years of experienceExperience with QMSProficiency in engineering drawingsAdditional Skills & QualificationsTroubleshootingToolingInspectionFDA regulationsMedical device experienceASQ CertificationExperience with calipersExperience with micrometers
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
