This position will work in the Roadside Environmental Unit. · In this position you will be directly involved with contract inspection as well as assisting with contract development and administration. · You will work closely with the Roadside Environmental Engineer to ensure that contracts for Rest Area Maintenance and Facility Maintenance are properly prepared and administered. · In this position you will have the responsibility to ensure that all work associated with said contracts is performed safely and according to contract specifications. · In this position you are required to perform a wide variety of standardized and non-standardized tests and the ability to analyze HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems problems and assist in the planning and organizing of materials, tools, equipment and personnel needed to make repairs in a timely manner and within budget constraints. · You are required to have the ability to employ critical thinking and sound judgment for minor decision making. You will be subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions.
