Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities You will perform and maintain the programming of robots and other automated equipment to ensure optimal time on task. You will calibrate, program, operate and trouble shoots all automated equipment to minimize down time and negative impacts to production of the plant. You will design jigs, stands and fixtures that optimize the production impacts of various automated equipment purchased for use in the facility. You will develop, manage and conduct engineering and technical group related training programs related to robotic and CNC programming. You will train or arrange for the training of technical staff on robotic and CNC programming, calibration and repair principles, practices or technical concerns. You will maintain surveillance over and interfaces with contractors to ensure efficiency and efficacy of systems. You will develop and/or review specifications and schedules and negotiates for the construction period. You will develops business case for robotic equipment, facility systems, and utilities; and for upgrade, repair and maintenance requirements of each. You will Participates in discussions, meetings or serves on panels or committees. Presents briefings and written correspondence. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing and maintaining the programming of robots and other automated equipment to ensure optimal time on task; Calibrate, program, operate and trouble shoots automated equipment; Experience in Solid Works, AutoCAD, Fanuc Roboguide, HAAS G-code; Experience in HAAS CNC machines, Aerobotix J7 paint robot and Titan Robotics paint ablation robot and experience creating training programs related to robotic and CNC programming. GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing and maintaining the programming of robots and other automated equipment to ensure optimal time on task; Calibrate, program, operate and trouble shoots automated equipment; Experience in Solid Works, AutoCAD, Fanuc Roboguide, HAAS G-code; Experience in HAAS CNC machines, Aerobotix J7 paint robot and Titan Robotics paint ablation robot.
