This individual serves as an assistant to the Hardware Engineer for the project team.  They will assist in evaluating and testing vendor offerings, develop test reports and contribute to deliverables, make recommendations to enhance the technical solution set(s), resolve technical issues and other associated tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

Analyze technical requirements and identify products and solution sets that meet those requirements. Evaluate existing and new products (hardware, software, and networking) from industry and vendor partners against contract requirements. Participate in vendor meetings/presentations to review product lines and offerings. Evaluate, provide direction to, and evolve the deployed identity management solutions and technologies. Execute and refine test methodologies and plans. Develop and deliver test reports, ECPs (Engineering Change Proposals) and other custom technical documentation as required. Communicate information on, develop and deliver training to teams and end users on technical components, capabilities, and solutions. Support the delivery and achievement of metrics and regular reports to the client. Assist in the update and maintenance of imaging baselines. Assist in the management and oversight of vulnerability scanning of systems.
