The role:

Engine Business Manager

Responsible for setting the strategic direction and policies for the business management of the BA engine fleet to ensure that the required engine fleet availability is delivered at the highest standards of safety, and with optimum cost of ownership.

You will lead the business relationship with the engine manufacturers and MRO providers, in close cooperation with Technical, Finance and Performance partners, to exploit our business intelligence and continue to innovate in the structures of how we finance our engine maintenance while delivering excellent operational service levels.

What you’ll do:

Help to maintain the highest safety standards of the British Airways engine fleetEnsure the availability of engine assets to our 24/7 operationDrive world-class cost effectiveness of our engine maintenance operationsWork with key stakeholders across the airline, from aircraft selection to retirement
