Job Description

As an English Content Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting product descriptions for SSENSE's vast array of products. Working on-site at our Montreal studio, you will ensure the highest quality written content for our e-commerce platform, adhering to SSENSE's guidelines and quality standards. Your attention to detail is impeccable, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

Execute Product Copy: Execute high-quality product copy across various brands and categories, adhering to style guides and meeting productivity targets.

Ensure Production Flow: Follow SSENSE production processes, flag issues, and troubleshoot to ensure daily production completion.

Maintain Brand Voice: Uphold departmental guidelines to meet quality standards and maintain the SSENSE brand tone of voice.

Conduct Thorough Research: Research terminology, brand signatures, and style names as needed.

Improve & Stay Informed:

Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and quality targets.

Regularly review and follow-up on SSENSE style guides and copy feedback.

Stay updated on industry best practices in copywriting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Fashion Communications, Journalism or a related field

2-3 years experience in professional writing 

Fluency in English language (as all content is in English)

Must be able to work at our HQ situated on Chabanel Ouest, Montreal
