We are looking for a talented and accomplished Quality Manager to be responsible for supervising an assigned team to meet or exceed client /corporate goals.

 

As a Quality and Training Manager in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

Manage, control, ownership and further development of the Client and Foundever agreed quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement activities on Client operations across the Foundever sites in Portugal. Coordinate the activities required to meet quality metrics and will ensure action plans are in place to reach the targets. Demonstrate strong client management skills and understanding of business drivers as well as Foundever Project Management practices to ensure that all aspects and areas related to the Quality processes and initiatives are reflected in the design and respected throughout the service. Work with the Operational teams to support in the performance delivery. Own the Quality methodology, delivery and development across the Operations in Portugal. Communicate with Operations Managers on Quality delivery and other topics where quality is directly or indirectly related. Work closely with the training department about issues arising from monitoring which have to be picked up when new agents are going to be trained. Attend and participate in meetings with operations managers and Team leads to discuss outputs of quality activities. Provide and present relevant information for Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Quality Reports.

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

Native or proficient level of English (C1) - mandatory Computer literate – word and excel intermediate level Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.  Excellent telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills.  Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.  Effective time management. Ability to organize and prioritize, set priorities and multi-task. Sales Skills. People oriented An element of gravitas Experience with policy work Early adopter of technology Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision Ability to interact positively with staff at all levels Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal  Availability to work in our Porto Site

 

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience Experience as a Quality or similar position
