What you’ll do:
· Ensuring consistent, efficient, and successful resolution of queries submitted by banks.
· Investigating documents and charges when customers disagree with it.
· Acknowledging customer complaints and complete all relevant administration associated with resolving the cases on a day-to-day basis on agreed SLA, to maintain accurate records of all complaints and ensure they are effectively resolved.
· Cooperating with departments in the BSC.
· Continuously striving for process improvement, actively contributing to knowledge and idea sharing within the team.
You should apply if you bring:
· Intermediate English proficiency (used in writing).
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
· Strong written communication skills in a B2B environment.
· Ideally, 1 year of experience in an Accounts Receivables role, but talented and capable fresh graduates are also welcome.
