Responsibilities:
1. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the KLA existed and pre-released metrology products.
2. Provide support for KLA products at customers site including hand-on applications support, customer training, recipe setup and optimization. Co-work with the engineering team on product diagnosis to identify and fix issues.
3. Conduct customer demonstrations and head-to-head evaluation, develop and implement solutions with customers to address their problems: generate the BKM, apps note, establish use case for KLA products.
4. Involve with product development in the early phase, work with engineering team seamlessly on product/solution developments; cover the pre-released product alpha/beta testing and new product justifications at customer site.
5. The position also requires over 50% travel to support worldwide customers.
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Engineering, Physics, Optics, Material Science or related fields and strong technical background.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, combined with a methodical approach, and clear communication
- Well-organized, strong follow-up abilities, demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Have training in semiconductor or related fields. Having a background in IC processing/Semiconductor equipment is a plus.
- Have excellent communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skill.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
