POSITION: Enrichment Teacher/Substitute Enrichment Teacher (Daily) (PT) – Comsewogue PROGRAM: ESBOCES School Year Enrichment Program at Comsewogue SITE: Various K-5 Elementary Buildings in the Comsewogue UFSD LOCATIONS: Boyle Road Elementary School Clinton Avenue Elementary School Norwood Avenue Elementary School Terryville Elementary School HOURS: Monday – Thursday ~ September – June (when school is in session) Typical range between 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Daily) RESPONSIBILITIES: + Facilitate and maintain effective instruction and academic support during the mandatory homework/reading periods, enrichment lessons, and special events + Monitor students to provide adequate supervision and a safe environment, including following health and safety guidelines outlined by the district + Provide communication with parents, staff, and ESBOCES School Year Enrichment Directors + May also facilitate weekly clubs or enrichment activities for additional hours (per diem) START DATE: September 4, 2024 SALARY: $28.00/hour (when school is in session) Job Qualifications + NYS K-6 Certification + Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment Application Deadline:06/27/2025
