Job Description: Children of America are seeking a motivated and experienced Enrollment Supervisor. This role plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Enrollment process by ensuring prospective families learn about the services offered by Children of America and ensuring they can tour at their preferred school location. This position primarily focuses on managing the sales process, tracking key performance indicators, and following up with school leadership and prospective families to maximize our enrollment. The position also requires extensive cross-departmental collaboration with marking and field operations teams.\n
Who Would I Interact with? In this role, you will have daily interactions with parents, School Directors, and Assistant Directors.\n
What are the day-to-day responsibilities? \n\nLead and manage direct reports on the sales process and company performance standards.\nDevelop strategies and manage a process to ensure that schools are meeting, or exceeding company performance standards related to maximizing enrollment.\nCollaborate with the marketing and field operations to strategize and improve essential sales approaches.\nPartner with school directors to determine optimal tour scheduling for each school.\nCoordinate tour appointments for all schools through company CRM and telephone communication (Call Center), working closely with direct reports and school management to maximize enrollment opportunity.\nMaintain and expand the database of prospects for the organization through the companies CRM\nOversee lead management and general sales processes for all schools.\nLiaise with school management to ensure follow-up on commitments made to prospective customers.\nEmphasize the features and benefits of services and products to potential parents.\nMentor school staff on proper lead management and ensure accurate and timely follow-up of any schools\nLead, mentor, and motivate a direct report, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.\nDevelop accountability mechanisms to ensure processes are followed for schools and direct reports, using call center monitoring and bulk lead management review strategies.\nRunning of reports including Leads Reports, Closing percentage reports, daily lead reports\n\n
Qualifications: \n
Bachelors Degree required\n
Minimum 2 years leadership experience within a sales department.\n
