The position is bread and butter ENT.

For ENT's with a specialized Fellowship, opportunity to build a niche (up to 50%), if trained in: Head and Neck Pediatrics Facial Cosmetics 

Opportunity to buy-in to the surgi-center after one year.  

Referral patterns - 1st dibs on patients (no to low competition)  

The physician can expect to work in an in-patient/ambulatory out-patient setting and can expect to build a busy practice quickly; seeing on average up to 25 plus patient visits per day. 

ER Call is 1:4.
