Faststream are working with a high-growth B2B SaaS company that provides intelligent navigation and situational awareness solutions for the maritime industry. They’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, Greece, to drive new business and expand the company’s customer base.
This role is all about closing enterprise deals, building lasting relationships, and making a real impact on the growth of a fast-moving SaaS business.
You’ll own the sales process end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals with C-level executives.
What you’ll be doing Drive new enterprise customer acquisition and consistently meet or exceed sales targets Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions Manage full sales cycle for complex SaaS deals, including pipeline development, negotiation, and closing Present realistic sales and revenue forecasts to the leadership team Collaborate internally to ensure customer success and account growth What they’re looking for 5+ years’ experience as a B2B Enterprise Account Executive in tech, preferably in a startup environment Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (>€1M individual target) Strong hunter mentality and full-cycle sales experience Executive-level negotiation skills and experience selling to C-suite Experience using Salesforce, Outreach.io, or other sales productivity tools Thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment Excellent time management, organization, communication, and teamwork skills Willingness to travel occasionally Maritime industry experience is a strong plus If you’re ready to own your accounts, close high-value deals, and help shape the future of maritime technology, this is the role for you
