We are seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team and help us expand our footprint in the enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the enterprise market. Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organizations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position the offerings. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and pipeline. Qualifications:
Must have experience selling group benefits to enterprise-sized businesses in Canada Must live in Canada, but ideally Toronto Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors. Strong understanding of the Canadian enterprise market and experience selling to HR leaders and decision-makers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving results. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. What We Offer:
