Role Summary:

The Enterprise Account Executive at Snowflake is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth with our customers by developing and executing a strategic plan for this territory. This individual will work closely with the global account team to drive regional sales development and will act as a trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their IT roadmap and positioning Snowflake as the solution of choice in the market. The Enterprise Account Executive will also be responsible for prospecting, conducting initial meetings, managing the sales process, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Become an expert on Snowflake’s product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers

Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with accounts in your territory

Achieve sales quotas for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis through the development and execution of sales plans.

Act as the trusted advisor to customers by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap and effectively positioning Snowflake as the solution of choice in the market.

Tightly collaborate with the global account team to develop and implement account plans to extend global success to China.

Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.

Requirements:

10+ years of field sales experience with a focus on data or cloud-related technology preferred. 

Extensive experience working with multi-national companies. 

A familiarity with solution-based approach to selling, have experience managing a complex sales process and possess excellent presentation and listening skills, organization and contact management capabilities.

Executive-level relationship management experience and an understanding of the business drivers for C-level stakeholders.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders such as sales engineering, partner sales, marketing, legal, etc.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple opportunities.

Industry expertise in the Life Science, or Manufacture or Retail sectors preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
