We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to lead our sales efforts in the Public Sector across Australia. This role is critical in driving our sales initiatives, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. With an unwavering commitment to integrity, quality, and value, you will play a vital role in achieving our sales objectives. This role can also be based in Melbourne or Canberra.

How You’ll Find Success

\n\nProven experience in selling SaaS solutions with a strong focus on the public sector.\nOutstanding track record in acquiring clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales with large enterprise organisations.\nAbility to identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within government agencies and public organisations.\nExpertise in managing sales cycles from initiation to closure, ensuring a seamless process.\nConsistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas through innovative strategies.\nStrong presentation and communication skills to convey value propositions effectively.\n\n

Things You’ll Do

\n\nLead all sales efforts within your assigned territory, managing the entire sales process from prospect identification to deal closure.\nMeet and exceed sales targets set by the Sales Director, delivering top-tier customer service.\nGenerate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and marketing activities.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with senior executives at client and prospect companies.\nMake impactful sales presentations to diverse departments within public sector organisations, addressing product benefits and competitive advantages.\nImplement effective account-selling strategies, from lead generation to closing negotiations.\nCollaborate with marketing teams to execute demand generation campaigns and leverage event leads.\nRepresent the company at industry conferences and association meetings.\nStay abreast of the competitive landscape to formulate winning proposals and pricing strategies.\n\n

What We’re Looking For On Your CV

\n\nAt least 5+ years of recent experience in selling complex SaaS applications to enterprise clients.\nProven track record of quota achievement as a SaaS sales executive or director.\nStrong understanding of managing complex sales cycles from start to finish.\nExperience in building and managing a sales pipeline, engaging both existing and potential customers.\nAbility to develop account strategies, formulate points of view, and coordinate extended teams.\nA growth mindset, coupled with resilience and a positive attitude.\nTeam player with a humble, coachable approach to professional growth.\nExperience with Salesforce.com is a plus.\nA Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field is preferred.\n\n
