We are currently looking for a Enterprise Account Manger. This role can be located anywhere in the US that is convenient to a major metropolitan airport. This role entails up to 75% travel, mostly in the US.
Job DescriptionAs an Enterprise Account Manager, you maintain and expand relationships across the US and Canada, with strategically important accounts to grow their End User Wallet Share. You are responsible for achieving a sales quota and assigned account objectives for national and/or global partners of Bosch Security Systems.
Promotes the Intrusion and Access Control portfolios of Bosch products ensuring that customer needs and expectations are clearly defined and met.Establishes productive, professional relationships with National and Global Account Managers, Enterprise Account Managers and equivalents within their assigned strategic accounts.Establishes and supports the Design Engineers within their respective Strategic Accounts.Meets assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives.Identifies and communicate the involvement of necessary Bosch resources to achieve account objectives and meet customer expectations, including: Bosch management, sales (direct and manufacturer’s representatives), business development, technical support, customer service.Partners and collaborates with Strategic Account Managers to achieve identified objectives within their assigned Strategic Accounts.Responsible for collaborating with the Bosch Video Sales Organization, including Business Development and Regional SDM’s as appropriate.QualificationsThe region for this position is US and Canada; this is a remotely based position.
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field is required, or 10+ years of industry experience.A minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Sales, calling on National Account Managers within an organization and/or being a National Account Manager is required.Sales experience in the Security Market is required.Excellent technical and interpersonal skills are essential.You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and are highly innovative, with the ability to conceptualize and implement strategic market/product planning and with good follow-up and integrative abilities.A strong team player is required with the resourcefulness and self-confidence to drive the product business.This position requires up to 75% travel, primarily in North America and some international.Additional InformationThe U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 to $140,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
